The
Keystone Connect Process:
Consultation We feel we are unable to assist our
clients to developing an effective design or web site
strategy until we have a better understanding of their
business or organization. We start our consultation by
interviewing our clients and obtaining good understanding of
their products or services and their expectations for their
web site. We will openly exchange ideas and concepts until a
final concept is developed.
Proposal Keystone Connect will provide a full
written proposal to include content outline, development
concept, service outline, references, and cost for all
aspects of the web site development and design.
Development Process Once Keystone Connect is
awarded the project, we will begin working with your project
representatives in developing the graphic design and layout
of the web site. Once a graphic design and layout is
approved, we will move into the additional aspects of the
development process such as text, photos, database
construction, and etc. Your representative will have the
ability to monitor the progress of the development and
design process via a web address where your site will be
located until it is ready to go live.
Training Keystone Connect will provide training
for any personnel that may be responsible for updating and
maintaining your web site. We can provide group training or
one-on-one training.
Web
Site Completion Once all the design, layout and
content have been approved, we will test all aspects of your
site to ensure all is working. We will test any database
sections, e-commerce components by placing test orders, all
links, forms and review all the text. Once the final tests
are completed, your site will go live!
