Keystone Connect’s trained and knowledgeable staff can assist you with upgrading your network, trouble-shooting any issues or adding to your network.  Our clients are not obligated to long-term service contracts.  We can provide you with services on an as-need basis.

Preventative Maintenance

Our computer and network preventative maintenance package is designed to keep your computer and your network working at optimum levels.  Our plans are flexible and can be customized to meet your needs and your budget. 

Our Preventative Maintenance services include:

Physical Maintenance

• Clean interior and exterior of PC

• Check for damage to casing, wiring, fans, etc.

• Ensure equipment is in good working order

• PC Tune-up as needed

Software Maintenance

• OS updated and contains no critical system conflicts

• Software updated and contains no critical conflicts with other software

• All device drivers are up to date

• Hard drive defragmented

• Registry clean

• Remove unnecessary, space wasting files

• PC Tune-up as needed

Security Maintenance

• Anti-virus up to date with recent documented scans

• Anti-spyware scans completed and documented

• Data Back-up System in place and properly working

• Recovery plan implemented on all PCs

• Ensure properly protected from online threats

A thorough inventory of all hardware and software contained on the PCs will be conducted.
